UK Standard Delivery £4.99
Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver and is dispatched using a second class signed for service.
Although we do provide you with a reference number for your parcel, this does not provide any tracking details. This reference will only provide an update once a delivery has been attempted. Unfortunately this service does not provide customers with notifications regarding their delivery e.g. the delivery date or time.
Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card which will provide the relevant instructions on how they can retrieve their parcel. This will either be a re-delivery or collection from the nearest depot. If you are collecting your parcel, an appropriate form of ID is required.
UK Next Day Delivery £7.99
UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.
Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day after.
If you order any time after 12 pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your Unfortunately this does not include a Saturday or Sunday delivery so orders placed on a Friday (before 12 noon) will be delivered the following Monday and any orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed around these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.
On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an email or text message with the date and estimated time of delivery. They will also provide you alternative delivery options should the specified date or time not be suitable.
Return & Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.
Our policy lasts 3 days from the receipt of the purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING ITEMS
Not the correct size? Let us know! You have up to 3 days to return your item. Please see above for the condition your clothing must be in. Please do not harm your poor clothing! We would like to receive it back in the condition that we have sent it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to let us know the product is on its way (prior to sending it, so we know we have the correct size in stock for the exchange). what you would like to exchange it for and we will respond with the return address information. There is a possibility another size may not be in stock, or may not be available again. , You will be responsible for shipping cost for the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
